Winter Campaign 1 Registration

Deadline for registration is December 15th, 2011.

At this time, the Winter Campaign on March 2-4 has 165 participants registered.
You can register up to -30 participants for this weekend as the maximum capacity is 135.

If the maximum has been reached, you may register with the understanding you will be placed on a waiting list. If anyone, that registered before you, should not submit their fees by Feb. 1st, 2012, you may be contacted by the Winter Campaign Camp Chief. Immediate payment will then get you confirmed attendance.

Payment Options:

Payment must be received no later than February 1st, 2012.
Cheques should be made out to the 'Scout Brigde of Fort George'.
Your cheque's memo line must have your registration number and Winter Campaign 1.

When remitting fees for US participants, you are welcome to pay in Canadian Dollars, but if paying in US dollars, the Brigade will treat the exchange rate as being at par. No future adjustments will be made.

The Brigade can not accommodate special dietary requirements and ask that individual groups make the necessary arrangements to accommodate those needs. Please contact us if you have other special needs that you feel we must accommodate.

By submitting this registration you acknowledge that your Scouting Unit and Group are responible to abide by all Scouts Canada or Boy Scouts of Ammerica policies and procedures for attending such an event as the Scout Brigade of Fort George. It is the responsibility of each individual Scouting unit to ensure that all administrative and safety considerations required by the above mentioned polices and procedures of each Scouting Organization have been fulfilled. All Scouts Canada groups are reminded that September 1 is the beginning of a new Scouting Year and that all registrations must be entered into the MMS prior to the event in order for the members to be covered by Scouts Canada Insurance.
