Registration


Registration for 2010 is NOW CLOSED as of August 15th, 2010:

Payment must be received no later than September 1st, 2010 for those who have already registered.
Post-dated cheques for September 1st, 2010 will be accepted, made out to the 'Scout Brigde of Fort George". Each cheque's memo line must have your registration number and programme name.

If the Brigade Registrar-General has not received your cheque by September 1st your registration is no longer guaranteed.

It is the responsibility of each Registrant to pay their fees by the due date.

  1. PayPal costs. The Brigade cannot bear this cost.
    The Brigade directs you, the user of PayPal, to bear this cost of using this convenient service.
    Enter your Total Owed below in Step 2, to generate the adjusted SBFG Registration + PayPal fee:
  2. Your Registration fee to be entered into the blank item Price box is $ .00 x 3% = $ .00
  3. Fill in your Registration # and Group Name below, then press the Pay Now button.
  4. Your Order Summary on the PayPal page will display a price of 0.00. Under the Registration Fee Amount line will be a blank Item Price box.Type in your SBFG Registration + PayPal Fee Amount in the blank box.
  5. Click the update link towards the botoom of the Summary box.
  6. Your Order Summary should now reflect your Registration #, Group Name, and Registration Fee Amount.
  7. Now, on the right, either log into your PayPal account or choose the pay with a credit card option to complete the transaction.

Late registrations, after August 15th, will be made on a best efforts basis, however, no guarantees can be made that food or crests will be available. Each late registraiton will be considered on an individual basis. Late registrants will be contacted by a member of the appropriate sub-camp/regimental staff. Please use the Contact Us form located at the bottom of the menu on the left.

The Brigade can not accommodate special dietary requirements and ask that individual groups make the necessary arrangements to accommodate those needs. Please contact us if you have other special needs that you feel we must accommodate

If your Scout Group/Troop has participants in more than one programme as listed below, separate registrations and cheques will be required for each programme.
