110th Toronto Scout Group's Camp Routine

Wednesday's Regular Meeting

Permission forms and $25.00 cash (no cheques) are collected.
(Cash is a must because $15 of the $25 is passed onto the 1 or 2 Scout(s)
who volunteer to do the grocery shopping with their families help)
Remaining $10 covers camp fees, badges. propane and other misc costs.

Thursday evening @ 8:00 p.m.

Youth and Leaders meet at Church to pack and load trailer.
Youth to bring their gear so it can be loaded into trailer

Friday evening @ 5:45 p.m.

Youth arrive at church, board vehicles for 6:00 p.m. departure.
Youth to have eaten supper or brown bag it if driver allows food in car.

Friday evening @ campsite

Arrival at camp dependant upon traffic.
Youth to setup camp with Leaders guidance.
Once camp is struck, free time until mug-up.
Mug-up @ 11:00 p.m. Possible evening ramble.
Youth to bunk @ 12:00 a.m. Quiet zone 12:30 a.m.

0700	Wakeup, Packup Personal Gear, take down Tents
0715-0900	Cook, Eat & Cleanup Breakfast
0915-0945	Scouts Own
0945-1130	Morning program
1130-1230	Layout, Eat & Cleanup Lunch while breaking camp
1230-1300	Finish Loading trailer and campsite cleanup
1300	Depart campsite
1400	Arrival at Church, unload personal gear
1430	Parental pickup
1730	Youth to arrive back at Church, to help unpack Trailer and store gear in storage closets.
